Have you ever heard of cows being treated like kings? Come now, a cow is a cow. Isn’t it?
The Wagyu are raised on beer fed diets and given daily massages. The Japanese say this trick contributes to the Wagyu beef’s tender, juicy cuts of meat. I think maybe the Japenese have been drinking too much of the beer. Gee, the Wagyu cattle are treated better than some humans.
You can find out for yourself on Father’s Day at Chef Point Cafe. Just for dear old dad they are serving a one pound Wagyu cheeseburger. Treat dad to lunch and he can have the king of beef.
