Do you remember the Flintstones? I remember seeing Fred Flintstone eating a huge, I mean huge rib. They were called Brontosaurus Ribs. That had to be the biggest ribs in the world.

Now you can try the closest thing to Brontosaurus Ribs at Chef Point Cafe. They have Braised Long Ribs on their specials menu. I think they should have a place on the wall with pictures of those that eat the whole thing.

Chef Franson doesn’t just serve the normal BBQ Ribs. He only does things first class. So at Chef Point you get Braised Long Ribs prepared in a ginger orange sauce and served with homemade creamy mashed potatoes. You don’t have to worry about eating the long ribs fancy style. Who cuts the meat off the ribs and eat with a fork? Not us Texans. Just pick those babies up with your fingers and go to town.

Don’t wait too long to try the long ribs though. They are on the specials menu for this month and won’t last long. Hey, that is funny. long ribs won’t last long. Ok, don’t laugh but I thought it was funny.
